Certified Canine Dental Registry
Know your dog’s bite before
the judge does.
A veterinarian-certified record of every tooth, the bite, and alignment, for puppies and adults.
What is the CCDR?
The CCDR is a central registry of veterinarian-certified dental exams. One standard form records each tooth, the bite, alignment, and gum health, so breeders, owners, and veterinarians all work from the same verified record.
More Than a Tooth Count
Most dental checks stop at counting teeth. The CCDR exam also records bite classification, alignment, open or wry bites, and tissue health, for puppy teeth as well as adult teeth. Teeth are numbered with the Triadan system veterinarians already use.
Built by a Breeder
The CCDR was founded by Sharlene Craig, a second-generation champion Standard Poodle breeder. It grew out of a problem every exhibitor knows: finding a vet, explaining what to check, and keeping track of the paperwork. The registry turns that into one standard exam and one permanent record.

Veterinarians
One clear form tells you exactly what to examine and record. Your signature certifies the findings.
Owners
See that a dog’s teeth and bite were examined by a veterinarian and documented, not assumed.
